Connective serves our patients with a suite of home health services, including:

• Nursing for acute care: This includes vent/trach care, wound care, wound vacs, complex biologic infusions, and first-dose infusions from nurses with a minimum five years of clinical experience who monitor patients for the duration of the infusion and address any side effects on the spot.
• Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy: We offer a wide range of therapy solutions, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and specialty therapy services, such as lymphedema. Our staffing model enables us to service patients across all of Texas.
• Certified Nurse Aides to compliment a high acuity care regimen: Nursing aides compliment a high acuity care regimen, led by our Clinical Leadership Team and staffed by an experienced, full-time home health aide team.
